Wade Hladky
President & CEO
Wade Hladky joined Gulf Coast Business Credit in 2000 as the COO. After doing great work in the accounts receivable financing sector for more than a decade at GCBC, he was promoted to President in 2011.
Since his promotion, Wade has made great progress as GCBC’s President, and he plans to take advantage of any opportunities that come their way. He and his experienced staff have a central mission to obtain personal and professional growth through a well-rounded and diverse portfolio.
Meg Roberson
Senior Vice President & National Sales Manager
With more than 16 years of sales management, syndications, commercial banking, factoring and asset-based lending experience, Meg understands how important relationships are. Meg manages a team of sales, underwriting and marketing leaders nationwide and is responsible for new, organic and acquisition originations as well as creating and maintaining a quality brand for Gulf Coast Business Credit.
Through Meg’s tenure at GCBC, the portfolio has experienced tremendous growth that can be attributed to hard work, dedication to the marketplace and a loyal portfolio of clients and partners. Roberson serves as the President of the Central Texas Chapter for The Association for Corporate Growth, is actively involved in the International Factoring Association, Commercial Finance Association and a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Liz Jenkins
Vice President & Operations Manager
Liz Jenkins has more than 17 years of experience in factoring and currently serves as one of Gulf Coast Business Credit’s Vice Presidents and Operations Managers. She has been with GCBC for over seven years and specializes in the transportation industry.
Liz received her paralegal degree from Louisiana State University and is a certified legal assistant and civil law notary for Louisiana. Outside of work, she is a charter member and co-founder of the Aquinas League, helping to raise over $1MM for St. Jude Hospital.
Shelly Posas
Operations Manager
Shelly Posas manages our Corpus Christi, TX location in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale. She brings tremendous value as Operations Manager of this location with over seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and as a Cum Laude Graduate from Texas A & M University.
The majority of clients Shelly works with are oilfield and transportation companies. With the rapid growth in the oil and gas industry, she has experienced double-digit growth since she started working with Gulf Coast Business Credit.
Minaxi Chase

When detail is called for, seek those at the top of their game. As Vice President of GCBC’s legal review team, Minaxi Chase brings 13 years of experience at GCBC to the table. Minaxi is responsible for compliance, legal, new client set up and overseeing operational risks.
Mike Theriot
Assistant Credit Manager
As Assistant Credit Manager, Gulf Coast Business Credit’s Mike Theriot plays a crucial role in assisting new client relationships.
At GCBC, Theriot is responsible for guiding clients to make sound credit decisions while managing the overall debtor exposure of GCBC’s portfolio. Theriot not only aids in setting up new client relationships, but also ensures they experience a smooth transition.
Theriot has worked with GCBC for six years and has over 12 years of experience in the factoring and asset-based lending industries. Theriot graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Darlene Creppel
Accounting Manager
Darlene Creppel has been with Gulf Coast Business Credit for more than 11 years. She has worked her way up the ranks from Account Executive and is now the Accounting Manager. She is a dedicated accounting and software specialist with 15 years of experience working with accounts receivable financing.
Darlene has an accounting degree from the University of New Orleans and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She users her education and work experience to complete and understand the tasks involved with managing a variety of portfolios.
Rochinda Archuleta
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Rochinda Archuleta plays a key role in assisting with the growth of new business development.
With 6 years of experience in public accounting as well as her prior role as an Accounting and Finance Recruiting Manager, Archuleta is the perfect fit as the GCBC Project Manager. With a mindset geared towards growth, and an attitude continually focused on excellence, Archuleta is an integral part of the GCBC team.
James Jones
Manager of Marketing Services
As Manager of Marketing Services, James Jones oversees Gulf Coast Business Credit’s web strategy and digital, print and outdoor marketing.
Jones graduated from Guilford College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art. He then attended Tulane University for a second major in Digital Media, Marketing and Design.
